Ready for a visit? We’re ready for you! Call us today to schedule an appointment at our Bossier City or Shreveport dental office. Plan to spend about an hour and a half at your first visit. Dr. Haygood will take time to talk with you about your goals and concerns, review your dental records, and thoroughly examine your teeth, soft tissues, jaws, head, neck, and existing dental work. You may also meet with our hygienist at the initial visit.

We know that making time for dental visits can cramp your schedule. To make the most of your time, print and complete these registration forms, then bring them to your first visit. If you prefer, arrive 15 minutes early to complete the forms onsite.
Insurance & Financing
Paying for dentistry is easy at Haygood Dental Care. Dr. Haygood is in network with BlueCross/Blue Shield and Delta Dental Insurance. Your Humana Discount Plan and PPO insurance are welcome, as well. We file out-of-network claims as a courtesy, but please prepare to pay your portion at your visit. For payment, we accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
